Our firm is committed to offering the highest level of service, competence, technical skills and ethics in the legal community, while at the same time finding the most cost effective solutions for our clients’ legal needs. We readily acknowledge that we do not aspire to be the lowest priced law firm in town, nor do we seek to be the most expensive. Instead, we are committed to giving the best service available at a reasonable price, based on our level of skill and experience.

Our reputation in the community has earned the respect of our adversaries and colleagues, as well as the local judiciary. Indeed, we have been honored by our peers with an “AV” rating by Martindale Hubbell.According to Martindale Hubbell, “when a lawyer achieves Peer Review Rated status, he or she has earned an additional level of validation for the professional skills and high ethical standards displayed through actions and work product. The designation reflects the confidential opinions of both rated and non-rated peers from the lawyer’s Bar and/or area of legal practice. An AV certification is “a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.”

Trial Practice: We refer to our litigation practice as a “trial” practice because we are business trial lawyers. While many “commercial litigation” attorneys never see a jury or the inside of a courtroom, we regularly see both. We are dedicated to providing our clients with aggressive, results oriented legal counsel in the area of business and real estate litigation, including recovery of preconstruction deposits on real property, breach of contract cases, mortgage foreclosure and lender liability actions, enforcement of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, and shareholder and partnership disputes.

Transactional Practice: Our transactional practice involves residential and commercial real estate closings and transactions, many of which are through our related title company, Trinity Title & Escrow, LLC (www.trinitytitle.us). We also assist client in the formation and acquisition of businesses and the drafting and review of contracts and related documents.
